Hey there food lovers...
Kylie Ben and I were going to host a Cooking Party for the Starlight Children’s foundation but realised that my little kitchen wasn’t going to be big enough to hold all our friends, so we’ve decided to do a pop up style restaurant over three nights across Sydney and invite our fellow foodies...
It is going to be massive...
Our goal is to feed 500 people a three course meal over three nights in one of Sydney’s funkiest cafes. Can it be done? No matter what... we’re going to do it, 170 people a night, too easy...
So what’s on the menu?
Naturally Ben and I argued over who’s going to do what but in the end Kylie settled it with me on entrees, Ben on the main course and Kylie finishing off the night with one of her famous deserts
What’s our end goal?
Ok.. So we're going to raise a heap of money for the Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia. We've been very fortunate to have most of the ingredients supplied for free... Yes, send a thank you to our sponsors so most of the ticket sales goes straight to starlight...
